As part of continuing its significant support to the local actors in the establishment of a lasting, systematic and humane solution to the stray dog problem in the Sarajevo Canton, Dogs Trust Foundation Representative Office in BiH will in 2015 support neutering of 80% of the total dog population in the canton, estimated to approximately little over 10,000 dogs. Neutering the 80% of the total dog population will cause that the number of stray dogs starts declining, as early as this year.

Dogs Trust Representative Office is donating free neutering, chipping, rabies vaccine, anti-parasite treatment to owned dogs throughout the year (for 163 days), starting with 16th February 2015.
